10 To 2 Children's Books was established in 2004 by a group of artists that came together for a common goal: to offer quality children's stories for all to enjoy, while helping others.

Our contributors include talented writers like Daryl Cobb, Italian writer/illustrator Manuela Pentangelo and illustrator Carla Castagno.  You can find books published by 10 To 2 Children's Books at public and school libraries, Amazon, Target.com and book stores.

          Our mission has been to reach out to the community with this medium and find ways to help people in need. We offer community support by donating books, programs and money to schools and organizations, some of which include:

          10 To 2 Children's Books is the house that Bill built, Bill the bat that is. 

In 2004 we asked an unknown Italian illustrator to come up with some  ideas for a story we had called "Bill the Bat Finds His Way Home" and a few days later Bill the Bat was born.

Every picture  book needs a well written story.  But most importantly the story needs an illustrator that can see beyond the text to visually draw the young reader in.

Manuela Pentangelo has created characters for the Bill the bat stories that are fun, original and a bit goofy. Her illustrations prove to us daily that there is still a child within all of us and that child is simply resting, waiting for the perfect moment to come out and play.    

Bill the bat has put 10 To 2 Children's Books on the radar and now children from around the country are all discovering how much fun bats really are!
